Coffee Sensor ships orders both within the European Union and worldwide.

Below you will find detailed information about our delivery partners, options, and estimated timelines.


 

1. EU Member States Delivery

a) DHL / Fedex Express & DHL / Fedex  Economy 

  • DHL Economy/Fedex Regional : Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • DHL Express/ Fedex International Priority: Typically next-day delivery. In some countries, Express may take 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are based on official DHL / Fedex service standards.

  • Depending on your location, ZIP code, company order volume, or other factors not directly related to our company, we may choose FedEx or DHL as the shipping carrier.
    If you prefer a specific carrier, please mention it in the Order Notes section during checkout.
    If no preference is provided, we will select the carrier at our discretion.

 

2. Worldwide Delivery (Including Non-EU European Territories)

a) DHL Express

  • For all worldwide destinations outside the EU, Coffee Sensor ships exclusively with DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days maximum.

  • DHL has consistently proven to be the most reliable partner for our international shipments (outside EU), even though their services come at a slightly higher cost compared to FedEx. Recent experiences have confirmed that, when it comes to delivering parcels outside the EU, DHL remains the safer and more efficient choice.
  • Customers in the United States may occasionally incur additional customs processing fees—typically around 17 USD or a similar amount—but, even so, our past two months of testing with FedEx revealed significant issues. While FedEx rarely adds hidden fees, their delivery performance and customs handling were far below our expectations. In several cases, parcels to the U.S. were delayed for more than two weeks, and the customs clearance process became unnecessarily complicated and stressful for both us and our customers.
  • Because of this, we feel it is important to offer our sincere apologies for the recent shipping problems caused by FedEx’s procedures and overall handling of international orders. Our priority is always to provide smooth, predictable, and trustworthy service, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue working with the carrier that best supports these values.
