Delivery

 

Coffee Sensor ships orders both within the European Union and worldwide.

Below you will find detailed information about our delivery partners, options, and estimated timelines.

 

1. EU Member States Delivery

a) DHL / Fedex Express & DHL / Fedex  Economy 

  • DHL Economy/Fedex Regional : Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • DHL Express/ Fedex International Priority: Typically next-day delivery. In some countries, Express may take 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are based on official DHL / Fedex service standards.

  • Depending on your location, ZIP code, company order volume, or other factors not directly related to our company, we may choose FedEx or DHL as the shipping carrier.
    If you prefer a specific carrier, please mention it in the Order Notes section during checkout.
    If no preference is provided, we will select the carrier at our discretion.

b) Packeta Services/ Fedex Regional (within EU)

  • Coffee Sensor also partners with Packeta for more cost-effective European deliveries.

  • Please note:

    • Packeta services are not insured.

    • Tracking is limited compared to DHL.

    • Delivery times are longer: 5–10 business days, and in some cases up to 15 days.

    • Depending on your location, ZIP code, company order volume, or other factors not directly related to our company, we may choose FedEx or Packeta as the shipping carrier.
      If you prefer a specific carrier, please mention it in the Order Notes section during checkout.
      If no preference is provided, we will select the carrier at our discretion.

  • Shipping flow:

    1. Orders shipped via Packeta HD (Home Delivery) are first sent from our headquarters to the Packeta Romania Hub (shipments leave every Wednesday or Thursday).

    2. Parcels are then distributed to Packeta’s network across Europe.

  • Packeta is a budget-friendly option, but it does not match DHL in speed, reliability, or insurance coverage.

 

2. Worldwide Delivery (Including Non-EU European Territories)

a) DHL Express/ Fedex Priority 

  • For all worldwide destinations outside the EU, Coffee Sensor ships exclusively with DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days maximum.

  • Depending on your location, ZIP code, company order volume, or other factors not directly related to our company, we may choose FedEx or DHL as the shipping carrier.
    If you prefer a specific carrier, please mention it in the Order Notes section during checkout.
    If no preference is provided, we will select the carrier at our discretion.
