These Terms and Conditions govern all orders and purchases made through the Coffee Sensor website (www.coffee-sensor.com)
1. Website Orders
All orders made through this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Please ensure you have also read our Website Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.
This website is owned and operated by TTP Coffee Sensor SRL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Coffee Sensor”).
Orders and purchases made through this website are governed by the laws of Romania.
Purchases are allowed only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to pay all charges noted at checkout as payable by you.
2. Exports and VAT Regulations
All prices on this website are final and must be paid in full by all customers, regardless of origin.
Customers are responsible for any tariffs, VAT, or customs duties applicable in their country.
By completing payment, you confirm you understand and accept these obligations.
Shipments are cleared through customs based on the client’s country of delivery. Coffee Sensor is not responsible for knowing or applying local import laws in your country.
Customers outside the European Union should expect possible VAT and/or duties before parcels can be released by customs.
Inside the European Union, no VAT or customs charges apply.
All prices are in EUR (€) and all charges will be processed in EUR.
Coffee Sensor may correct errors or update pricing and stock availability at any time without notice.
If a confirmed price differs from the website listing, Coffee Sensor will notify you by email. If you do not reply within 24 hours to confirm your intention, the order will be cancelled.
Coffee Sensor reserves the right to limit quantities of specific items per customer or per group.
Coffee Sensor will make every effort to deliver orders quickly but is not responsible for delays outside its control.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
An order may be cancelled and refunded only if it has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, it must be received by the customer, or refused at delivery in order to start the return process.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund after the parcel is received back and checked for integrity.
4. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, Coffee Sensor will assist you with returns under the following conditions:
A) Conditions of Returns
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved returns must be received within 14 days of approval.
Items must be returned new and undamaged.
Any issues such as discrepancies or damaged products (DOA – dead on arrival) must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Coffee Sensor will handle the return process in these cases.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was DOA or defective due to Coffee Sensor’s error.
Any customs fees paid by Coffee Sensor for returned parcels will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be issued to the same card within 15 days after return approval and receipt of the product (according to law).

Important notes for returns:
Pack items securely to avoid scratches or damage (metal parts can scratch if not properly protected). Refunds may be reduced or cancelled if items are returned damaged.
You may choose any courier (DHL, FedEx, EMS, or postal services), but please note: low-cost services may take longer, provide poor tracking, or risk parcel loss.
Always use the original order name on the return label. Do not declare any value on the parcel — this prevents unnecessary customs charges that would otherwise be deducted from your refund.
Coffee Sensor can arrange DHL pick-up at your request. The return cost will be charged to the customer.
