We changed the shaft thread so that this piston pressure kit IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE AIR BUSTER !

Whether you’ve just started learning, or are a long-time veteran, anyone can use our PPK.

Other companies will use bulkier pressure gauges(we use the 40mm standard size gauge), or a more complicated installation system.

Ours is the result of many years developing the La Pavoni piston pressure kit. As people say, we learned from our mistakes when building and offering to people for years, the La Pavoni piston pressure kit.

So we took care of delivering the best possible kit for all generations of Cremina, including old gen 67 or the new 2011-recent machines and with the best performance.

Out kit is universal, so it will fit all generations of Cremina machines. We also used the original Cremina type design for our gauge (clean look) but can also deliver the kit with the newest NAKED versions of pressure gauges.

We constantly try to improve the design and usage or our piston pressure kits, thus for example implementing the special fork bottom design, so not to touch / hit the group head anymore.

We also offer two types of forks: OLD GEN look (more square look) and the NEW GEN type fork (more refined and round edges design). Please select the type of needed gauge and fork before adding the product to your cart.

Piston pressure kit includes:

・Pressure gauge (0-16 bars) – clean look or naked version;

・Stainless pressure gauge adapter (1/8″G thread);

・Stainless shaft; ・Stainless piston with pre-installed strong silicone gaskets;

・Stainless lever arm – you old handle will work on it without any problems.

・Stainless fork – OLD GEN or NEW GEN look, depending on your choice;

・Teflon tape (for sealing all connections and junctions);

・Food safe grease;

・Fix key;

・Piston insertion tool – please watch the video tutorial from the start of the description to know how to use it (it’s the round black funnel. Having this bad boy makes installing the piston into the grouphead a breeze).

Coffee Sensor full piston pressure kit for Olympia Cremina Old 67 and new 2011 machines is compatible with the following:
・Old gen 67 models, made prior to 2011;
・New gen models (2011 – recent machines), made after 2011 (but NOT the SL models with the bigger height group heads).

Additional info:
・The PPK comes assembled to help prevent the parts from becoming damaged, so customers will need to first dissasemble the PPK and use the Teflon tape at every junction or connection and only then install it on the machine. The only connection that DOES NOT need tape is the piston and shaft that comes already locked by us here.
・Grouphead screw pins are slightly larger to make a snug fit, and to eliminate lever unnecessary “play” in the lever. Some play will remain, which in my opinion is good when we have metal on metal work.
・Whether you’ve just started learning, or are a long-time veteran, anyone can use our PPK.
