I use the same set for easy removal of the La Pavoni or E61 gaskets or O-rings from inside the machine.
Gasket and o ring pick and hook set is an invaluable set of tools ideal for removing group head gaskets, piston O-rings or super small O-rings found on solenoids, steam rods or steam wands.
If you want to maintain and service your coffee machine regularly, then you will need such a kit for sure.
Traditional rubber group gaskets are difficult to remove when they get worn since they become hard like stone.
In the same time please be careful about the silicone O-rings or gaskets that you remove with this set, since the material is a lot softer then regular rubber and can tear.
La Pavoni piston gaskets can be also difficult to get on or off. So the set will definitely be useful.

Straight awl.
Curved awl.
90° awl – Handy for small O-rings.
Hooked awl – Piston rings for lever machines like La Pavoni.

DEWell worth the money, makes work so much easier and safer
Delivery was very quick considered that I live in Germany - only 2 days! Packing was very safe and accurate for all ordered Products and everything arrived in perfect condition. Also there was a plastic bag to protect the products in case of rain or moisture during transport/delivery. The tools are absolutely fine and definitely well worth the money. You might think you can do without and yes, you can. But all the hassle to remove or install rubbers / gaskets without these handy tools and the chance of damaging someting due to improper tools is well worth to purchase these tools. Just remember: They are for gaskets and rubbers around a coffee machine, not heavy tools for heavy machinery and thick rubbers. But for what they are meant, they're just perfect and I didn't find better and/or cheaper ones. Clear reccomendation from my end.
