Gold Brass piston pressure kit for the La Pavoni EP or Pro

Gold brass piston pressure kit (short – Brass PPK) is made from brass, except the shaft and piston, which are stainless.

This limited edition of our PPK was created to match exactly those COPPER AND BRASS models of LP.

Coffee Sensor offers along with the parts a full installation kit, including Teflon tape as sealant, food safe grease for lubricating all moving parts (these two not in the product photo) and two new piston gaskets !

The pressure kit is compatible with:

1. Pre and Post Millenium models of Europiccola (8 cup smaller boilers);
2. Pre and Post Millenium Profesional models (16 cup bigger boilers);
3. Stradivari (our handle is required to be installed, so you need to remove the curved one).

A new lever plastic or wood handle is NOT included in the kit. But it’s very easy to remove your old one and just install it on the new handle shaft.

The group head pin model is a special one that closes up with a small screw so it has a very fixed position.

That way the piston shaft will not have much room for unnecessary movement or play.

The pressure gauge indicates a maximum of 16 bar and has GOLD back case.

The parts are not shipped assembled (safer shipment), so our customers just need to dismantle the parts, use Teflon tape on every joint for sealing purpose and reattach the parts.

Remember than more Teflon tape will help you get the gauge or other parts in the exact position that you need, in case that the parts screw more than needed.

This is useful to get the gauge positioned perfectly forward.

Gold brass piston pressure kit is not intended only for experienced users.

The time needed to install it is about 15 minutes max, regardless of your level of experience.
