La Pavoni Boiler Ring or Flange Ultimate removal tool is the custom tool we created having in mind all the latest boiler rings that are used on LP lever machines.

We tested with the 95mm rings, including the brass or plastic used in early 90s.

80’s machines also have the brass ring 95mm diameter that I personally managed to service.

The tool did wonders on super old machines that did not have any chance, only with flame maybe?

Don’t play around with your safety by using the plastic things sold so easy on the internet.

I cannot even imagine who would sell such tools when obviously they never opened a really old or a rusted base La Pavoni lever machine.

The plastic tools don’t stand a chance in front of real problematic rings. They were tested by me but I’m not the guy to post these things on the internet and ruin businesses around the world.

I even used some custom tools made in Italy and US and my tool was the only one that stood a chance and a simple hammer hit solved the hard headed rings.

La Pavoni Boiler Ring or Flange Ultimate removal tool has an Aluminium outside main body and a stainless 16mm tubular key shape at the upper part for easy usage.

The ring also has two side holes for inserting a circular tool / bar or anything at hand, for leverage.
