La Pavoni Gold 2.5 bar boiler pressure gauge fits almost all models with a sight glass attached, and that have the upper sight glass nut.

Some 1st Gen old models don’t have the nut and thus, the gauge is not compatible.

In order to install the gauge, you need to already own / have or purchase a new M11 or M12 adapter.

Older machines that usually have the OEM metal sight glass cover installed use the M12, but most newer machines have and use the M11 type adapter.

We recommend, if the user does not have a heat sink or the Bong isolator installed on their machine, a max. 0.8 pressure in the boiler.

With the isolator installed, most users did increase the boiler up to 1.2 bar max.

Don’t forget about purging some false pressure before extraction, so you know the real indication from inside the system.
