ATA must have for the pavoni, though less „precision“ than expected.
It works quite well, but I maybe should not have looked at it though the microscope. It is much less precisely made than expected.

In general I am happy with the basket, maybe I should not have checked under the microscope. It is much better built than the original basket, but not very „precision“ in general. Attached pictures are from within the new basket.

This is a good evolution. I was with the double basket, and it's a good upgrate. I passed from 16.3g to 20.2g and i've a better extraction. Less bitterness, with a good consistance and flavour.

La Pavoni Lever 51mm IMS Competition 20g Triple Filter Basket B602TH29 is a 20 grams basket used on Post Mill / NEW GEN La Pavoni coffee machines.
IMS now offers the so called “triple” basket for POST MILL machines also, without the LP logo and for a much better price then before.
PAY ATTENTION that this basket is NOT compatible with bottomless PF’s or nakeds that don’t have the largest opening possible at the bottom.
Our tests show that our NAKED 51mm PORTAFILTER IS COMPATIBLE with this basket. Also our body only version IS COMPATIBLE with this basket.
The bottom opening or our naked is almost 54mm. We cannot guarantee the fact that the basket will work with other PF type products that have a smaller opening then the one mentioned earlier.
Also because of the height, the bottomless or naked you will use needs to be tall enough to let the basket run trough and maybe even overtake the ring of your PF.
La Pavoni Lever 51mm IMS Competition 20g Triple Filter Basket B602TH29 has round holes with conical section Aisi 304 stainless steel.
The product is food safe certified and is compatible with our tampers, levelers and WDT tool.
