La Pavoni Lever NEW group head heat sink or Heat Dissipation Tool in GOLD is specially made for the NEW GEN / Post Mill / larger group heads, manufactured after year 2000.

The heat sink matches and can be perfectly used for GH temperature reading, with:

1. Coffee Sensor LP thermometer – CLICK TO VIEW

2. Coffee Sensor LP leg or bracket – CLICK TO VIEW

These three products are the perfect team for GH temperature reading and monitoring / management.

Our heat sink special design is made of two parts, linked with the help of a small centre screw.
This solves the non compatibility of other heat sinks found on the market, that have a fix inside diameter.
Since we all know the problem with small differences that LP’s have between them (even if they are the same Gen / even year), the fact that our heat sink sticks perfectly on the GH is just simply perfect and clever…
Even so, we did find GH’s that are just not perfectly round, so on some machines there is a chance that on some small parts, the contact will not be perfect.
We recommend the user to use aluminium or copper foil, to compensate for the distance, if it’s necessary.

La Pavoni Lever NEW group head heat sink or Heat Dissipation Tool in GOLD has also two special side holes that have DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GROUP HEAD.

That means that with the help of our thermometer and connector / bracket, the heat sink offers the user real GH temperature and NOT OF THE HEAT SINK ITSELF, which is just an external accessory.

The heat sink is shipped with thermal paste to be applied on the back of it (the zone that has direct contact with the GH) and with a special hex key for closing the two parts together.
