Used along with two small copper washers located on front and back of the gasket.
Position 50 in the attached scheme. Please view second photo for your reference.
Needs replacing when water starts dripping near the handle.

DELightyears ahead of the OEM / original ones - worth every cent and lasting longer than the OEMs
Fast shipping to Germany, only 2 days perfectly packed as all other items I ordered. These rings are, together with the custom/orange gaskets for the portafilter/grouphead and the piston my absolute favourite upgrade. Nothing like them, really. Easier to install than the original/OEM rings, perfect fit, nicer touch when using the machine (smoother) and as I can tell after approx. 6 months not getting hard and stiff like the OEM product. Absulutely recommended upgrade.
