La Pavoni lever ultimate silicone service kit for any LP lever machine is, as the title states, the thing to purchase when you want to fully service your LP machine, using latest top materials available on the market.

This product is truly by professionals (me), for professionals (but for beginners also-with my guidance if needed).

Customers always asked me if I don’t have any full silicone kit for their machine.

This is my answer to them and their needs, offering in ONE zip lock, EVERYTHING you need to fully overhaul your LP lever machine.

It’s compatible with both NEW and OLD gen machines, starting with 2nd gens onward.

Some parts need to be purchased separately, if you own an older 1st gen.

La Pavoni lever ultimate silicone service kit for any LP lever machine contains:

1. 4 x boiler to base gaskets, both for Pro and EP version of boilers (smaller and bigger) – NOTE: the larger gaskets are for the older non ANTI-ROTATION boiler and base. You can cut three holes if needed, in order to adapt the gaskets to the three pins.
2. 2 x silicone piston gaskets
3. 1 x boiler to group head silicone o-ring
4. 1 x stainless C-Clip from inside the group head (upper hole)
5. 1 x perforated copper washer for inside the group head (upper hole, with C-clip)
6. 1 x tie rod silicone gasket (upper hole, with C-clip)
7. 1 x silicone sleeve gasket (only for NEW GEN machines, sits around the sleeve)
8. 1 x silicone steam wand washer / gasket (sits inside the steam wand, with copper washers left and right)
9. 1 x portafilter shower screen holder gasket for each generation and type of machine (including old gen model, new gen both normal and Q Type)
10. 1 x heating element o-ring (for NEW GEN machines)
11. 1 x flat gasket for old brass heating elements (for OLD GEN machine)
12. 4 x copper washers to be used inside the boiler, at each existing connection (eg. sight glass retainers, safety valve, steam wand)
13. 4 x stainless M12 stainless nuts to be used inside the boiler (used in junction with the copper washer, above mentioned locations)
14. 3 x Teflon washers (used between the sight glass retainers and boiler body and also under the boiler gauge adapter)
15. 1 x boiler knob silicone o-ring
16. 2 x silicone small o-rings to be used under the steam pipe, directly on the steam wand
17. 2 x steam wand inside copper washers, used to cover left and right the seal / steam wand gasket
18. 2 x silicone sight glass tube seals (one upper and one lower, used under the copper washers)
19. 2 x sight glass copper washers (used on the seals)
20. 1 x sight glass tube
21. 1 x bag of boiler descaler
