Not compatible with old v1 gen with not removable shower screen.

I can use it with my 1.6(1972) machine yet not with most needed it v1.4(1968), size is not compatible. The brass sleeve on old machine is a little bit thicker so you cant fit it in and reach the holes.

vorbildlicher Support

Das Tool funktioniert also einwandfrei.

It bent out of shape straight away

The pins are made of hard metal, but the actual device itself is relatively soft metal. As soon as I applied pressure, the hole that the pin goes in bent and deformed, meaning the pin was no longer perpendicular to the hole, and therefore would slip out before any pressure could be applied. Unfortunately this device has not completed its function, and cost me a lot of money

Coffee Sensor

Hello and sorry for this situation. But we need to remember that even the hardest metal cannot stand sometimes for ages of sleeves not removed from the oldest LP's around the market. So in order to succeed, please use the second set of pins and please try to ungrip the sleeve before trying again. The 1st gen sleeves are prone to blockage and destroying lots of tools and wrenches. Thank you and God bless !
