Parts update in advance.
It has been a long time but my spare parts are all working fine. I purchased spare parts for the next overhaul and I'm looking forward especially to using the orange piston rings. Everything has been perfect from rapid delivery to reliable parts.
Smooth
Much smother to operate the the rubber.
A must
The installation was very easy, tool free, and as I know from silicone gaskets, will last much much longer than the original one

Simply the best!
These things rock! They last much longer and give a smoother action when brewing. I love them!

Custom La Pavoni orange silicone piston gasket for sale
Ensure the trouble-free functioning of your manually controlled LP with a custom-made seal ring. You can buy this La Pavoni silicone piston gasket in a signature color to complete the installation of your machine, no matter the type and age.
This is a must-have for LP piston-driven models. You can order our La Pavoni piston gasket for Millennium, Pre-Millennium, and other coffee makers. We have made it orange to upgrade your parts from black and distinguish it from other options you may use when setting up your machine.
The orange gasket is excellent for sealing the path for controllable brewing without leaks. It’s made of food-grade silicone that easily endures thermal fluctuations during different brewing stages. Due to this material, our gasket:
- Doesn’t affect the taste and consistency of your drinks
- Doesn’t alter your or your customers’ experience
- Doesn’t take its toll on piston operation
Because silicone is softer than its rubber counterparts, it is also synonymous with smoother friction when the piston and its components are in motion. Plus, this orange gasket is easy to install on an LP machine. If you are still determining where exactly you should place one, take a look at the attached picture with a dissection of a La Pavoni coffee maker. You can find the gasket at number 80.
To complete your machine setup, you’ll need two seal rings. Keep this in mind when shopping for a La Pavoni piston gasket online at Coffee Sensor.
The correct position for installing these gaskets is this one:
These are standard gaskets found and used on:
- La Pavoni Stradivari Lusso STL, STH;
- La Pavono Stradivari Professional SPL, SPH;
- La Pavoni Europiccola EN, EL, ELH, ERG;
- La Pavoni Professional PN, PL, PLH, PRG, PDH;
- La Pavoni Romantica GRL;
- La Pavoni Stradivari Gran Romantica SGR;
- Gaggia Factory G105,G106.
DISCLAIMER
All the gaskets sold on my website are tested personally on the exact machine it’s sold for.
So, I know for sure they are good and do work and are 100% compatible.
No gasket is custom made or resold BEFORE I do a personal test on my machines.
Before doing an installation, contact me directly if you feel you need guidance or info / details regarding the installation process.
Never contact me AFTER the damage is done saying that the gasket / gaskets were bad and demanding new gaskets or a refund.
Gaskets DO NOT DAMAGE by themselves and do not get cut just sitting around on the working bench, if you know what I mean.
A manufacturing fault of the gasket MUST BE DECLARED right upon receiving the product by you. Later on complaints will not be taken into consideration. I had customers claiming warranty after 1 year of purchase.
We had situations when a customer destroyed four identical gaskets and said they are bad.
After that, I sent a video with proof that it worked for me during my first try, at cold, with no preps or training before doing the video.
Even so I have sent the customer new gaskets to help out, and guess what, it seems the new ones were also bad 🙂
Take into consideration that sometimes, the tolerances during manufacturing process of the machines are what they are and even a 0.2mm deviation can make your life hard during installation.
IMHO, Coffee Sensor is not always to be blamed for small problems with the compatibility of the gaskets with some machines.
Always use grease to install any gasket from our website.
That helps them slide into position and should never get the product shredded or destroyed / pinched in any way.
Never use sharp edges like cutters, screw drivers or anything similar to help slide the gaskets into place.
That could cut the gasket and make it unusable.
I do not accept warranty claims due to bad manipulation / handling of the gaskets.
Purchase the gaskets only if you understood and read these instructions and disclaimer and accepted these terms and conditions.
