This La Pavoni Europiccola has been completely serviced and refurbished in my workshop.

My philosophy with restored La Pavoni machines is simple: I want to offer a machine that you can use immediately, without having to purchase and install a long list of additional upgrades yourself.

The machine has been fitted with a selection of our most useful Coffee Sensor performance and reliability upgrades.

The original base was painted custom snow white color.

Coffee Sensor Upgrades & Improvements

This Europiccola has been upgraded with carefully selected Coffee Sensor components and workshop improvements, including:

1. Custom-made stainless steel Piston Pressure Kit (PPK) – designed to provide better control and consistency during extraction.
2. Coffee Sensor Bong Isolator (PEEK version)
3. Custom-made stainless steel bottomless naked portafilter – shipped with the double capacity basket
4. Custom-made single-hole stainless steel steam tip – for improved steam control and milk-texturing performance.
5. Stainless steel group-head mounting bolts – replacing the original bolts between the group head and boiler body.
6. Coffee Sensor Custom Grate / Grid
7. Temperature strip set installed on the group head for temp monitoring
8. Boiler pressure gauge kit consisting of a custom gauge and a custom stainless steel adapter
9. Boiler ring custom made of brass, as I replaced the original one which was in a bad shape

Originality Still Matters

One of our priorities when restoring vintage La Pavoni machines is to preserve as much of the original machine as possible.

It is relatively easy to replace old parts with new ones. It is much more difficult to restore, clean and preserve original components while maintaining the character, appearance and feel of a decades-old La Pavoni.

For this reason, we deliberately avoided unnecessary cosmetic modifications.

The original black base has been retained as the other body parts.

The result is a machine that combines vintage La Pavoni character with modern Coffee Sensor performance upgrades.

Ready to Use

This Restored&Refurbished fully upgraded La Pavoni Europiccola 80’s with white base has been serviced, tested and upgraded, so it is ready to use straight away.

With proper care, regular lubrication, regulat boiler descale and normal replacement of consumable items such as gaskets when required, the machine should provide other tenths of years of service.

Warranty

Coffee Sensor provides warranty coverage for the new parts installed by us and the working hours.

Warranty does not cover original vintage components, existing original parts, normal wear and tear, consumables such as gaskets, or damage resulting from incorrect use, lack of maintenance, scale, overheating or other external factors.
