Servicing & repairing La Pavoni/Cremina/Gaggia

I take great pride in the fact that, since 2017, I have personally serviced and repaired hundreds of La Pavoni Lever Machines, Olympia Cremina, and Gaggia Classic machines. 

While some might assume that this experience allows me to work on any coffee machine, I intentionally choose not to. Instead, I focus on a certain above group of models and manufacturers, allowing me to truly understand their specific details and secrets — their hidden ones, how they function, and the most effective solutions to common issues.

To date, through Coffee Sensor, I have serviced and restored more than 500 machines, returning them to customers all over the world. 

Pricing for a full service and descale starts at €50 and varies depending on the machine’s condition, model, and any additional work required along the way.

More details and the real problems can only be found after a machine is opened and the work starts, so don’t be upset when the prices go up not because of me, but because some shipped machines were never serviced or repaired for tenths of years and you somehow expect that a guy like me can make wonders, and all in a few minutes 🙂

Transparency is a core part of my process. I keep customers informed by sharing photos and videos throughout the repair journey, so they can follow the transformation from a non-functional machine to a fully restored and beautiful piece of equipment. I use only genuine or carefully selected custom made parts—many of which are available on my website—and I clearly communicate what has been replaced. Upon request, I can also return the original replaced / warn out parts, including gaskets / washers / nuts.
