1. EU member states delivery
a) DHL Express or Economy
Delivery times: 2-4 days for Economy and usually the next day for Express.
In some countries, Express takes 2-3 days.
This data and delivery times belong to DHL official statement.
b) Packeta services inside EU countries
We now work with Packeta to deliver parcels inside Europe.
Cheaper services cannot mean they compare with DHL services.
Parcels are NOT insured. Tracking is sometimes very limited.
Shipping taxes are smaller but delivery times are larger then DHL services and tracking is limited.
All orders placed on our website with Packeta HD (Home Delivery) services are shipped first to our national hub and only then to final shipping companies inside your country.
Packeta parcels leave our quarter to Packeta Romanian Hub each week, on Wednesday or Thursday.
This means the parcels are delivered and sorted in the Romanian hub usually on Friday.
From there they are distributed in each country and at each specific service zone.
Delivery times: 5-10 days. In some cases 15 days.
2. Worldwide (or outside EU but on European territory) delivery
a) DHL Express
We work only with DHL company for all worldwide deliveries.
Express Service delivery time: 4-6 days max.
