You may only purchase items for non-commercial and lawful purposes. Any other use other then the one TTP has described is not permitted. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. You have to be 18 or older to purchase from our website.
TTP may correct errors and change or update informations on our website at any time without prior notice, including prices and availability of Coffee Sensor products. All prices listed on this website can be changed using the special function in RON / USD / EUR. All orders and fees will be processed in the selected currency made by the costumer.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. TTP will notify you by e-mail within hours of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours of completing an order, TTP is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by e-mail with confirmation of your intention to purchase the item at the confirmed price.
TTP reserves the right to limit the quantities of any item which an individual can purchase using our website. TTP will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated.
TTP will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
Refunds and Cancellations
For international buyers, orders can only be cancelled prior to being processed for shipment. We accept only online payments prior to shipping. Once the product is shipped to you, we cannot cancel the order and make a refund, due to costs and fees for the initial and return shipping services already paid by TTP.
For Romania costumers, orders can be cancelled at any time. The costs and fees for the initial and return shipping services will be covered and paid by the costumer.
