Do you need to pay VAT in your location when purchasing from us – products being shipped from Romania – Europe? Answer is simple. It all depends on your location. Any purchase made from outside EU can be subject to VAT + duties payable at the point of entry. Depending on each country and what agreements are signed between the two parties, at some situations there is no VAT or customs (US for example) while others have very low limit from which these already apply. Please consult your local customs authorities before making any purchase from us.
Yes this is an automatic email setting on our website. Due to electronic reasons, some customers never receive the first confirmation. In this case you can always ask us for details and if an order came through or not.
All prices and all transactions are made in EUR currency. That does not mean your debit or credit card or PayPal account cannot pay us. An automatic conversion will be made and all purchases are solved automatically with no problem by PayPal or your bank.
Yes. Any purchase made on our website has an invoice issued. So if you need it, just ask for the document on our email address and we will reply with the document attached.
When an order is completed and shipped, we automatically send a tracking code and the name of the courier. Each courier has a specific site to track the code. There are also international websites that can track any code from any carrier possible. Use any that you like. If you need more help, please contact us with an email.
If the order was not yet shipped then yes. If the order was already shipped, no. You can refuse the parcel and we will refund the order value MINUS the shipping tax for two ways: one towards your and one back to us. According to our carriers, these two taxes must be paid even if the parcel was just refused and never personally handed to the customer.
We try to keep it simple. If the items are unused and can be resold, you can return them at your cost with no questions asked. This can be done in 15 days after you received the parcel. If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival) then we first replace it and if not possible, we will pay for the return fees and refund entire initially paid amount. The DOA products must be signaled to us right at the arrival of the parcel. If not, we cannot accept later emails about this situation.
