La Pavoni Europiccola Millenium tamper 51.6 mm base is a full alu tamper with thick chrome plating, CNC machined, with a professional base diameter of 51.6 mm, for best tamping experience.

The entire body is made of food safe Alu with thick chrome on the surface.

Has a nice weight feeling and great quality of the plating.

The product is compatible with La Pavoni Europiccola and Professional Post Millenium models (coffee machines manufactured after year 2000 – 60 mm diameter group head and 51mm baskets).

Since it has the Pro diameter of 51.6 mm, the tamping will cover more surface on the coffee puck and thus will offer a much nicer extraction and flow of the coffee during extraction.

The base is detachable from the handle.

This 51.5mm tamper is designed to ensure a tight fit in the IMS competition baskets but not only.

This keeps the tamper in the much needed perfect vertical position, which will minimise channelling and leave a perfectly level flat coffee puck.
