Coffee Sensor full piston pressure kit for the La Pavoni Europiccola Pre-Millennium and Millenium machines

Made of pure Stainless Steel 304 (plus a few critical from SS 316, like piston and shaft), our Coffee Sensor full piston pressure kit for the La Pavoni Europiccola Pre-Millennium and Millenium machines is unique compared to every other model on the market.

Whether you’ve just started learning, or are a long-time veteran, anyone can use our PPK. Other companies will use bulkier pressure gauges(we use the 40mm standard size gauge), softer chrome-plated brass, and use lower-quality material for the piston gasket. In the same time, our pin screws for example work with a Phillips screwdriver, making for easy installation and future servicing.

Other PPK’s on the market are softer and prone to chrome chip, made from weak chromed brass and also don’t have the smaller 40mm pressure gauge on top (but bigger and bulkier. We also use the LP design type for our gauge so to have a closer OEM look and feel) and also don’t use channels on screws and so on. We constantly try to improve the design and usage or our piston pressure kit, thus for example implementing the front nylon shims, that protect your group head from scratches. The shims are send FOR FREE and will be found inside the PPK box.

Piston pressure kit includes:

・Pressure gauge (0-16 bars) – same color mask design as original La Pavoni.
In the product’s pic gallery, you will see the OLD design gauge on top. Picture no 3 provides the actual design we send right now to our customers.
・Stainless pressure gauge adapter (1/8″ thread);
・Stainless shaft (SS316);
・Stainless piston with pre-installed silicone gaskets (SS316);
・Lever arm;
・Teflon tape (for sealing);
・Food safe grease;
・Fix key;
・Piston insertion tool (round black funnel. Having this bad boy makes installing the piston into the grouphead a breeze);
・Brand new Nylon small shims that help the fork not touch the group head during pull. We usually ship 4 of them in a small zip lock. Please install them inside the fork, on the two front screws,between fork and group head body;

The Coffee Sensor full piston pressure kit for the La Pavoni Europiccola Pre-Millennium and Millenium machines is compatible with the following:
・Pre-Millenium Europiccola/Professional – 1st and 2nd gen machines made before year 2000;
・Post-Millenium Europiccola/Professional – 3rd gen machines made after year 2000;
・Stradivari (Caution: curved lever cannot be used and would be replaced by our straight design lever).

Additional info:
・The PPK comes assembled to help prevent the parts from becoming damaged, so customers will need to first dissasemble the PPK.
・Grouphead screwpins are slightly larger to make a snug fit, and to eliminate lever unnecessary “play” in the lever
・Whether you’ve just started learning, or are a long-time veteran, anyone can use our PPK.

The back of the pressure gauge is made of chrome.

Installation/Tips:
・Bought a PPK and need help installing? Contact us for our customers-only installation video! Takes less than 15 minutes, regardless of experience.
・Although we do not include a new plastic/wooden lever handle, it is very easy to remove your old one and install it onto the new lever!
・Using more Teflon tape will help you precisely position the gauge and other parts. In case that the parts screw more than needed.
