Niche compatible tamp through tall funnel for La Pavoni 49mm is custom made by Coffee Sensor, with the help of Bruce and John, a group of enthusiasts that love and need quality parts for daily use.
The funnel is compatible with both the OEM versions of the portafilter and also with our custom made naked / bottomless version.
The tall funnel has a height of 35mm, is made of solid stainless steel and works great with Niche grinder.
The 49mm version accepts tampers even of 50 mm in diameter.
The funnel is useful if you just had enough with spilled coffee powder on the table or counter top.
The funnel is also available in versions of 51mm (compatible with Post Mill / NEW GEN La Pavoni’s) or 58mm (E61 group head).

Your service and handling shipping was first class!! But I underestimated the height of the funnel, the craftmanship is excellent and heavy but the height makes the WDT stirring a little awkward….using the Normcore stirring device…it’s a personal choice…

NLGreat funnel!
Bought this funnel for my Elektra mcal. As expected based on previous good experiences it proves to be a high quality again. Grinding directly in my ***** portafilter works very well with my Niche Zero. It is high enough to keep everything clean and do some WDT stirring. Tamping through is possible although I am used to remove the funnel before tamping. Highly recommended product. And Tudor is a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive.

HungaryIdea: make it a convertible dosing cup
Hello, I am about to order this funnel. Just an idea: I would love to see a cap for the top end. With the cap on the funnel would serve as a dosing cup. I could grind into the funnel, then attach the basket, hold them together and give it a shake while turning it over to pour the ground coffee into the basket. The cap should be transparent/translucent in order to see what’s happening inside. With the removed cap it serves as a funnel as intended. A mod like that would make it a 2 in 1 tool. How about that?
