Restored and Fully upgraded La Pavoni EP Febbraio 1979

The machine is a Europiccola from February 1979 – so a 2nd Gen coffee machine.This is a real vintage machine, since it’s 42 year old.

It has the dual heating element, which means the water can be heat up in two modes: LOW and HIGH – Extraction and Frothing.

The idea behind this machine is that you don’t need to service it or add custom parts by yourself anymore.

This machine is ready to go and it does not need any investment or work done for years to come.

We do offer warranty for any machine we sell, since this is a company add.

As we said, the machine is fully upgraded with our finest custom made parts available right now on our website for this gen, like:

1. Custom made piston pressure kit (PPK).
2. Bong isolator.
3. Custom made naked portafilter.
4. Single hole custom made steam tip.
5. Custom made drip tray.
6. Custom made paint job.
7. Stainless steel sight glass cover.
8. Stainless bolts between GH and boiler body.
9. Boiler pressure gauge with custom made Stainless adapter.

We always want to keep as many original parts as we can so to preserve the original look, but in the same time bring this classic to the new era.

It’s easy to service and change old parts to new, but it’s hard to restore !

So we try to keep everything we can in original state. Parts that don’t perform well are replaced immediately.

We preferred to keep the original base, which was a little bit corroded, but we sand blasted it and powder coated with this lovely Green Mint.

We don’t sell new machines. This is a used machine, with possible signs of wear on the boiler or group head, but this is what vintage means for us. This machine is after all 42 year old !
