La Pavoni Lever Pressure Switch or stat from 0.5 to 1.2 Bar code 451308/1320002 is adjustable, meaning that you can, using a small flat screw driver, to set up the desired working pressure of your machine.

We strongly recommend to keep the pressure within the boiler in max 1.2 bar and always have a good safety valve too.

With the help of our M11 or M12 adapter and special boiler gauge (in case you don’t have them already installed on top of your sight glass upper retainer), you can check if the pressure of your machine gets too high or too low and so, if the provided extraction temperature is what you actually want or need.

Keep in mind:

Pressure stats are also an important safety element, keeping your machine at a safe working pressure.

They do fail sometimes but that’s when the safety valve kicks in and saves you.

We recommend changing this part from time to time, since they do break or become unsensible during many years of continuous ON / OFF heating cycles.

Also make sure the pressure stat entrance / hole and the pressure stat pipe are NOT CLOGGED with scale and can perform good and sense real pressure readings from inside the boiler tank.

Good to know:

Can be added to any heating element that has the pressure stat pipe hole or pipe already on it.

During years, the thread of the pressure stats remained the same, meaning in case you have an older model pressure switch, this will surely fit.
